At the same time, the mediating effect of innovative behavior between transformational leadership and entrepreneurial intention. The study used statistical methods such as correlation, linear regression, and mediation to understand the relationships. A total of 277 respondents from Philippine based-MSMEs in various industries employing a snowball sampling participated in this study. The results of this study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant relationship with innovative behavior and entrepreneurial intention. At the same time, innovative behavior partially mediates transformational leadership and entrepreneurial intention because of the variables’ direct relationships. The study contributes to further understanding the influence and responsibilities of leaders in developing their people and helping achieve organizational goals, this time focusing on innovation and creation. A limitation of this study is that several industries were considered following a non-probability sampling type. Future research studies can improve on the sample population and its sampling type and other similar considerations on its methodology.
