ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is a present cultural expression that is not limited to the historical façade one can view upon visiting a place. More so, it can be thoroughly experienced by tasting the delicacies of the place and looking into the ways they were prepared. Culinary students at Enderun Colleges gave these insights and expressions as to how they prepare the food and how it is closely linked with cultural dimensions. The study offers a different type of cultural integration, and students in the culinary field are at the forefront of this artistic presentation, appealing to evolving tastes.
