ABSTRACT
The study focuses on the organizational capacity of organic farmer associations in La Trinidad, Benguet.  It determined the demographic profile of organic farmers associations and assessed their building capacity in terms of leadership, management and operations, service, community engagement, and evaluative capacity. It also tackles the present challenges they are facing and how they could drive capacity-building efforts.
